This past weekend, the Hopkins men’s basketball team took on Centennial Conference opponent, the Muhlenberg College Mules, at Goldfarb Gymnasium. The Blue Jays sit at 2-0 in the Conference and 6-0 on the season, keeping their undefeated record going into December.

Although the media has brought a part of the problem to light, it has primarily focused on well-known animals whose physical appearances are capable of invoking some sort of sympathy in the viewer.

After traveling 423 miles to Columbus, Ohio the 11th-ranked Blue Jays men’s lacrosse team faced off against the ninth-ranked Ohio State University (OSU) Buckeyes in Big Ten Conference action. The Blue Jays fell to the Buckeyes in a battle that ended in a score of 13-9.

In a series of 24 University-wide emails, University President Ronald J. Daniels outlined his vision for the new student center, newly named Bloomberg Tower. Alumnus Michael Bloomberg donated $2.8 billion to the construction of the tower, which will be located on the current Mattin Center site.

Mudd Atrium will be revamped with a new aesthetic, the University announced Wednesday, in order to better serve the science community. The design plans include the installment of brown leather couches, stained glass windows, white floating lanterns and huge-ass portraits of old white men.
