This Saturday, check out the Main Street Music Fest in Ellicott City! 

Get ready for a festive fall weekend in Maryland! From lively music festivals to mouthwatering food truck feasts, there’s no shortage of activities to enjoy. Here’s a quick look at the events you can’t miss this weekend. 

Friday 

Maryland Folk Festival, Salisbury, Sept. 20–22

The Maryland Folk Festival on the historic Eastern Shore is a free, three-day outdoor event featuring appearances from 250 traditional musicians, dancers and craftspeople. Enjoy an unforgettable cultural experience with workshops, regional cuisine, craft brews, storytelling and dancing!

Saturday 

Main Street Music Fest, Ellicott City Main Street, 12–8 p.m.

The Main Street Music Fest 2024 in Old Ellicott City is a two-day celebration of music, food and local culture. The festival features multiple stages showcasing a diverse lineup of performers. In addition to enjoying the live music on indoor and outdoor stages, visitors can also explore food trucks, experience beer and wine gardens, and discover the charm of the historic town's 80+ shops and restaurants.

Trifecta Food Truck Festival, Timonium Fairgrounds, 11 a.m.–9:45 p.m.

Indulge in local eats and live tunes at the Trifecta Food Truck Festival this Saturday at the Timonium Fairgrounds. Feast on offerings from over 40 food trucks while enjoying performances from 12 bands, including tribute acts from Several Species and Lez Zeppelin. It’s a perfect day for both foodies and music lovers!

The World’s Largest Pickle Party, Power Plant Live!, September 21, 12–7 p.m. 

The Big Dill World’s Largest Pickle Party returns to Baltimore for its 5th year! Experience the ultimate pickle celebration with over 100 pickle varieties to sample and pickle-inspired treats like pickle tacos and pickle cocktails. Beyond the pickle-themed fun, enjoy live entertainment, rock climbing, a silent disco and more exciting activities!

Sunday

Fall Festival at the Quarry, Quarry Lake, 10 a.m.–3 p.m.

The Greater Baltimore Chamber of Commerce is hosting a family-friendly festival showcasing local vendors, businesses, artisans and delicious food trucks. Enjoy a serene stroll by the lakefront while sampling tasty treats and discovering unique finds from creative vendors!
